Bolla amarone, roast beef, roasted potato & yams for supper.
It was freezing here yesterday. So back to the basics.
Bolla’s Amarone isn’t the best in the world but it’s never bad. It might have been my mood or it might have been the roast but this one seemed a little thinner than I remember.
Still, a mediocre amarone is so much better than a normal wine, I should stop whining about it.
