Found this bottle in the Sask Liquor store: Moulin Touchais for $38… had to try it. A 1982 white wine for sale?!?
Moulin Touchais is a legendary Loire dessert wine, from chenin blanc. Great acid, dead smooth, and will last a hundred years. I should have put it away for another thirty years. On the other hand, I’m glad I enjoyed it tonight.
